Step-by-step guide
1. Feasibility studies stage
Our technical team will assess your plot of land and report on utility availability, access arrangements, topographical contains, and existing surrounding buildings. Note this option is only applicable to sites located in Latvia. For other regions, please reach out to our local planning consultants. Payment will be charged for the consultation, deductible from your project cost once you decide to proceed.
2. Concept Design Stage
Based on the site survey, our internal technical team can develop a concept design - location and orientation of the house to maximize the land's full potential. This is only applicable to sites located in Latvia. Payment will be charged here, deductible from your project cost.
3. Pricing Stage
At this stage, we will estimate the total detailed cost of the project, including the delivery to the site. After the cost is agreed, we will provide an estimated timeline and issue a contract to sign.
Payment stage - depositing 3000 EUR of the cost of the project.
4. Planning Stage
In most cases, you will require planning consent from your local city council.
5. Building Warrant - TBC
6. Manufacturing
Kleverr House uses volumetric modular method of construction, where 90% of the house is built in the factory. On average, building a house in the factory takes three months.
Payment will be charged here of 75% of the project's total cost.
7. Site preparation
Contractors will arrive on site to undertake the groundwork and preparation for the arrival of the house. During this stage, the foundations and the utilities connections will be made. This should take up to 3 weeks.
Payment of the remaining 25% will be charged here.
8. House arrival
Your House will be craned and positioned to the foundations.
9. Moving in and aftercare
You can move into your new home. Our engineer will do a guided tour using mechanical systems like heat pumps and other appliances. We will visit you within three months to address any issues or questions.
