We started Kleverr because we believed the best home in the world should not require two years of construction stress, a mountain of waste, or a lifetime of energy bills.

Our homes are engineered to passive house standard in our Riga factory, then delivered and assembled on-site in weeks — not years. Every decision we make, from the timber cladding to the triple-glazed glass, is guided by one question: does this make the home better for the person living in it?

Every Kleverr home is built to EU A-class energy standards. Triple-glazed windows, continuous insulation and heat recovery ventilation mean your home stays comfortable year-round — without the heating bill.

Our factory and design studio are based at Lauvas iela 9, Riga. We manufacture, engineer and deliver modular homes across Europe — with a team of architects, structural engineers and smart systems specialists.
